Indra is an executive-hiring expert, helping our executive-level clients, including those targeting senior clinical and administrative health care positions.

Indra has made over 1,200 hiring decisions for employers in finance, health care, insurance, professional services, and non-profit services. Earlier in her career, she specialized in hiring for specialist and mid-level positions.

As a former Vice President for Corporate Diversity for PNC Bank, Indra worked predominantly in filling senior-management positions.

Additionally, Indra is the author of Brown Eyes, Blue Eyes: Linking Perceptions and Performance. Her publications on human resources have been required reading in university classes across the country, including Brown University and St. Petersburg College. At Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and at Pennsylvania State University she served on the adjunct faculty.

Indra holds graduate certificates in Human Resource Management, from Cornell University, and Women's Studies, from the University of Pennsylvania.
