Her hiring management experience encompasses the finance, health care, manufacturing, telecommunications, and professional services industries. She has hired employees for entry level positions through the upper echelons of management.

Tina earned a Masters of Science in Communications from Illinois State University and her thesis was The Yellow Brick Road to Employment: Taking Communication to Work.
