Government Reports Stable Job Market in May
The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the unemployment rate decreased slightly from
4.7% in April to 4.6% in May. It also reported that the economy created
75,000 new nonfarm jobs last month. Last May, the unemployment rate stood at 5.1%.
