In other interview situations, you might find an interviewer somewhat passively noting your answers, as
though she is merely checking off items on a punch list. In short, you're not getting an opportunity to show them your stuff. We call
this the The Tepid Interview. We suspect that often these interviews are performed when another candidate is clearly out
front and in the running for the job. Here's where you'll be looking for opportunities to talk, succinctly and powerfully. Ask
questions about the company, ("This current annual report has few photos. Would you like to have more next year?") Look
for questions to ask that will allow you to talk about your skills and track record of accomplishments.
