It appears more executives than ever are running their companies with religion as a moral compass. Perhaps it’s always been this way and those executives and their companies are just now getting more attention in the press.
Regardless, such companies exist and they present career opportunities to job applicants everywhere. The overwhelming percent of such cases we’ve seen have involved evangelical Christian executives, but there are certainly companies being run according to the guidelines of other religions.
Rather than take a dark view of this trend and give legal advice that we’re not qualified to dole out, we just want to bring this to your attention and encourage you to be aware of the different types of employers so you will best be able to evaluate your next job offer
