The Right Recruiters Can Make All the Difference
The jobs that employers most often send to recruiters are their most senior level openings and these jobs are frequently not advertised. Hence, the only way you are going to learn about them is by knowing the recruiters in your industry. If you don’t know the recruiters in your industry, we strongly encourage you to learn who they are soon. A great opportunity may come along that you weren’t even anticipating and such a networking move can pay big dividends.
"Job applicants often ask me how they can gain introductions to these recruiters," states
Indra Lahiri of All Star Resume. "I often encourage them to begin tapping their existing network and join some industry groups if they haven't done so already. Additionally, a quick internet search will often uncover some good leads."
