• Proven track record of success assisting job applicants with their resumes, cover letters, and other written materials

• Extensive editing background

• Excellent eye for detail

• Tolerance and stamina for intense, tedious tasks

• Strong sense of personal responsibility

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Experience working in a mentoring role

• Strong Microsoft Word skills

• Graduate degree in English or related field

• Ability to pass the rigorous Certified Professional Resume Writer exam
